The true master of arms is not violent;
the skilled warrior does not give way to anger;
the one who conquers enemies does not engage them;
the wise leader places themselves beneath those they lead.

This is called the virtue of non-contention.
This is called drawing on the strength of others.
This is called unity with heaven,
the highest principle of the ancients.
